We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join the busy machine shop within Operations, with the versatility to operate across different departments.

On a usual day, a Pattern Maker will spend time:

Ability to read and understand technical drawings to a good standard.
Experience in benching to a high standard finish for epoxy and metallics.
Wiering of patterns or direct moulds.
Installation of all fixings into machined parts.
Assembly of complex parts across all industries.
Ability to use manual machines.
Working to tight tolerances.
Participate in a continuous improvement culture including quality improvements and ensuring adherence to production processes and procedures.
Adherence to the company’s health and safety procedures in the production areas.
Basic maintenance.
