What you’ll bring to the role:

Demonstrate a solid background and experience in a composite manufacturing environment, recognising and understanding manufacturing processes.
Broad and proven knowledge and application, including CMM, dimensional and visual inspection of composite components, including first article inspections.
Possess a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders.
Carry out Root Cause and Corrective Actions in conjunction with the NCR process. Understand the needs and expectations of customers regarding product quality and ensure these are an integral part of the quality management system.
Assist in the generation of rework and sanctioning non-conformance. Excellent understanding and interpretation of complex technical drawings.
Analyse quality data inputs and outputs to assess quality trends and drive associated preventive actions that will reduce the risks of poor quality.
Promote adherence to the ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 systems and processes to meet the standards.
