Sharon Hewison is the Operations Director at CODEM Composites, bringing a strong focus on scalable systems and sustainable growth. She has led the implementation of processes and frameworks that position the company for continued expansion and has strengthened CODEM’s management structure by building a team of leaders whose diverse expertise aligns with the company’s strategic vision.
Before joining CODEM in 2019, Sharon enjoyed a successful career in the composites industry. She began at Lola Composites, progressing through roles including New Business Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Group Manager, and ultimately Group Engineering Manager for both Lola Composites and Lola Cars Ltd. She then joined Marshall Aerospace, initially as Project Manager, before becoming Head of Engineering Capability and Resources. There, she established strategic partnerships with external design houses and developed a capability programme to enhance engineers’ skills across multiple disciplines.
