Sharon Hewison is the Operations Director at CODEM. With a keen eye for scalable frameworks that foster sustainable growth, she has spearheaded the implementation of systems and processes to position the company for continued expansion. Sharon has further strengthened CODEM’S management structure by assembling a team of leaders whose diverse capabilities align with the company’s strategic vision.
Before joining CODEM in 2019, Sharon had a successful career in the composites industry. She started at Lola Composites, where she held various roles including New Business Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Group Manager, and finally Group Engineering Manager for both Lola Composites and Lola Cars Ltd. After leaving Lola, Sharon continued working with composites at Marshall’s Aerospace, first as Project Manager. She quickly progressed to Head of Engineering Capability and Resources, where she set up strategic partnerships with external design houses to expand capabilities. Sharon also created a capability development programme for engineers across multiple disciplines, to increase their value to Marshall’s.
