We’re pleased to welcome Lee Grigas. PCQI to CODEM as our new Quality Inspector.
Lee brings a wealth of experience across precision manufacturing and advanced sectors including Aerospace, Defence, MedTech, Formula 1, and 3D printing. His strong background in developing and maintaining robust quality systems, combined with hands-on expertise in metrology and composites inspection, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.
With a pragmatic and collaborative approach, Lee has a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, strengthening QMS frameworks, and working closely with shop floor teams to deliver real results. His experience spans ISO 9001, ISO 13485, APQP, SPC, supplier auditing, and root cause analysis, alongside deep technical capability with CMM, 3D scanning, and advanced inspection tools.
